  1. 10% Off First Cleaning for Tangible Wellness Fitness Center Members

    • Eligibility: To qualify for the 10% discount on your first cleaning service, you must currently hold an active membership at Tangible Wellness Fitness Center at the time of booking the cleaning service.

    • Offer Details: The 10% discount applies exclusively to your first cleaning service after becoming a member of Tangible Wellness Fitness Center. This offer is applicable for individual use only and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

    • Redemption Process: To redeem the offer, mention the "Tangible Wellness 10% Cleaning Offer" during the booking process. Our team will then internally validate your current Tangible Wellness Fitness Center membership before applying the 10% discount to your booking.

    • Limitations: Each household is eligible for the 10% discount on the first cleaning service only once and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

    • Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

    • Non-Transferable: The 10% discount offer holds no cash value and is non-transferable.

11. Referral Program

  1. Give 10% Off + Get 10% Off for Referrals

    • Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, you must have previously used our cleaning service. The referred friend must be a new customer and must not have used our cleaning services before. The referral card must be presented at the time of cleaning to be redeemed.

    • Offer Details:

      1. Referrer (existing customer) provides a 10% discount card to a friend (referred new customer).

      2. The referred friend receives a 10% discount, up to a maximum of $50 off, on their first cleaning service.

      3. After the referred friend’s cleaning service is complete, the referrer receives a 10% discount, up to a maximum of $50 off, on their next cleaning service.

    • Redemption Process:

      • For Referred Friend: Mention the "Referral 10% Off" and provide the name of the referrer during the booking process to redeem the discount. The referral card must be presented at the time of cleaning.

      • For Referrer: After the referred friend’s cleaning is complete, the 10% discount will be applied to the referrer’s next booking automatically.

    • Limitations:

      • Each referred friend can only use the 10% discount once and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

      • The referrer can refer multiple friends but can only use one 10% discount per booking.

      • The discount is applicable to cleaning services only and does not apply to any additional services or fees.

      • The maximum discount amount for both the referrer and the referred friend is $50.

    • Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at our discretion. Any changes or termination will be communicated through official channels.

    • Non-Transferable: The referral discount holds no cash value and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
